Tategoi Koi Farm has a strict NO RETURN policy. Please shop accordingly.

We do have a LIVE ARRIVAL guarantee and will return payment or replace the fish with verified proof. 

All purchases will ship overnight within the continental USA - No Alaska Hawaii -  and must have a signature upon reciept.

Shipping is Weather dependent to keep the fish safe. 

We do offer FREE WINTER BOARDING until April 1st of each year, to protect the fish from harm during delivery.
